•Manage roadway and highway design projects for NCDOT and municipal clients, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.
•Serve as primary client and agency liaison; lead coordination with NCDOT, municipalities, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
•Oversee development of roadway design deliverables, ensuring technical quality and consistency with agency standards.
•Lead and implement QC/QA processes throughout project lifecycles.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, utilities, survey, and environmental staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
