Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver innovative highway and infrastructure solutions.
  • •Deliver engineering outputs across projects of varying size and complexity, often managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • •Apply digital engineering, automation, and data-driven design techniques to enhance project delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • •Support BIM and Common Data Environment (CDE) delivery, aligned with ISO 19650 standards, using tools such as ProjectWise and Autodesk ACC.
  • •Lead, develop, and deliver civil engineering projects from feasibility through planning/detailed design and onto construction, including technical reviews and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of highway engineering principles (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with UK standards such as DMRB, Manual for Streets, TSRGD, and local authority guidelines (preferred).
  • •Experience using data tools such as MS Excel or similar systems.
  • •Strong communication skills to engage global stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
