Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, and monitor ONE Eaton Sourcing Process for the Indirect Procurement Capital category.
  • •Manage the program/project and provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary.
  • •Coordinate savings by following up with Category Managers and proactively supporting their needs to meet financial goals.
  • •Lead and manage the Capital category by working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure supply reliability, best total cost, on-time delivery, minimum risk, and best quality.
  • •Monitor market evolution and perform market intelligence research for global commodities and currency fluctuations, identify cost-saving potentials, and lead sourcing initiatives and negotiations for complex Capex/Opex projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management.
  • •10-12 years in Supply Chain Management, preferably in indirect sourcing.
  • •Experience with indirect sourcing categories such as Professional Services, CAPEX, Facilities, MRO, Packaging, IT & Telecom.
  • •Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
  • •Certification in supply management (e.g., CPSM or CSM) is preferred but not mandatory.
