Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze qualification needs with departments and managers to drive strategic workforce development and qualification planning.
  • •Plan training measures annually and build/develop training programs for employee development within group guidelines.
  • •Coordinate and manage training delivery by selecting providers (e.g., IHK, external trainers) and aligning internal trainers.
  • •Implement and run the LMS, including digital learning formats, and coordinate communication and completion of trainings and qualifications.
  • •Support employer branding and retention with HR communications and engagement activities, and build partnerships with universities and education providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration (HR focus) or business psychology, or an equivalent qualification with additional HR training.
  • •2 to 3 years of experience in personnel development/training (Talent Management or Learning & Development).
  • •Knowledge of training/apprenticeship systems (e.g., IHK), eLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • •HR systems experience (Workday) and strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • •AEVO instructor qualification is an advantage.
