Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for Connected Warfare, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
  • •Serve as the primary strategic talent partner to the Head of TA and senior divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies.
  • •Provide regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional leadership.
  • •Define and manage SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for the division’s production hiring portfolio with business stakeholders.
  • •Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles when needed, and align centralized production recruiters through intake meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching/QA without formal people management responsibility.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recent full-cycle production or technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • •Operate independently with minimal oversight while managing complex hiring portfolios, competing priorities, and ambiguity with sound judgment.
  • •Influence and advise Director-level and above stakeholders by translating business needs into hiring strategies and handling escalations diplomatically.
