Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commercial and process-related projects within Global Client Group.
  • •Collaborate with corporate functions (including Global Merchant & Network Services and Controllership) to monitor and optimize internal processes and client-related initiatives.
  • •Support the management of Net Promoter Score (NPS) satisfaction analysis for B2B clients, including preparation and implementation of targeted content and strategies to improve response rates.
  • •Assist with day-to-day client management activities and liaise with Operations and other internal teams to support client requirements and project delivery.
  • •Produce internal and external reports and commercial materials, contributing to process optimization, B2B client satisfaction, and day-to-day client management.
