Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, team coordination, floor set updates, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
•Ensure strong operational discipline, including accurate inventory management, coordination of shipments and transfers, vendor oversight, and budget awareness.
•Build, refine, and enforce simple, effective SOPs that support smooth, consistent, and scalable store operations.
•Track, analyze, and report sales and performance metrics, turning insights into concrete actions that improve conversion, average transaction value, and overall results.
•Drive sales performance through strong floor leadership, ensuring effective coverage, active selling behaviors, and a customer-first mindset across the team.
