  • •Set the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for contract understanding, owning extraction accuracy, depth, and coverage from import through export.
  • •Define APIs, schemas, and developer experience for a consistent extraction service used by client teams.

  • •Model relational contract knowledge (clauses, topics, inter/intra-contract relationships, negotiation history) so agents reason with high recall.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience with staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
