Job Summary

Become a brand expert for spirits products by delivering brand education and trainings to internal stakeholders, clients, media, and key opinion leaders. Manage and grow a bartender community through education programs and advocacy initiatives, while supporting brand events, launches, and social media to drive awareness and consumer trial. Provide direct support to brand managers with brand plan execution, best practices reporting, and competitive monitoring in both channels and PR events.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver brand education and trainings on brand guidelines, product making, and key messages to internal stakeholders and external clients, and conduct guest shifts when requested.
•Provide product introductions and professional tastings to potential clients, internal staff, Salesforce users, media, and key opinion leaders to support brand positioning.
•Design and roll out education and training programs for bartenders across the Trendy Bar universe to build preference for the brand.
•Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of bartenders by working with the brand manager on brand initiatives and advocacy programs.
•Attend brand events and manage PR and social media activities; support annual brand plan execution and competition monitoring with reporting and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in the spirits industry or in marketing/trade marketing or hospitality, including bartending experience.
•Experience in PR and talking in public.
•Basic knowledge of spirits and good tasting skills.
•Mixology knowledge and skills related to events logistics and public relations.
•Ability to communicate in English at work.
