Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic financial business partner across Corporate Finance, Accounting, Sourcing, Technology, CREW leadership, and external providers to support cost discipline and capital planning for the corporate real estate portfolio.
  • •Lead analysis of financial operations processes and spend drivers, including invoice reconciliation, payment batching, accrual validation, rent forecasting, capital project closeout, and monthly expense trend analysis.
  • •Lead strategic cost savings initiatives, developing business cases, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and tracking realized benefits across operating expense and capital spend categories.
  • •Benchmark CREW costs against market and peer data to inform sourcing decisions, vendor negotiations, capital allocation, and long-term portfolio financial strategy.
  • •Oversee development, prioritization, governance, and execution tracking for an approximately $200M annual CREW capital plan, and translate reporting/analytics into executive-ready insights, dashboards, and variance explanations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •7+ years of experience in business analysis, financial operations, accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • •Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, accrual accounting, and operational finance processes.
  • •Experience developing financial strategies, cost savings plans, benchmarking analyses, capital plans, or business cases for enterprise investment/expense decisions.
  • •Experience with enterprise reporting/analytics platforms (including Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, Power Platform or similar), with proficiency in SQL or Python and advanced Microsoft Excel; Source-to-Pay knowledge required.
