Key Requirements

  • •Active member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department in SaaS/software.
  • •Extensive experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements (software licenses, SaaS agreements, technology development contracts, and partner agreements).
  • •Knowledge of data privacy requirements and experience with data protection agreements.
  • •Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to support fast-paced sales and partner transactions.
