Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, overhaul, assemble, test, and install electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, components, and prototypes.
  • •Conduct equipment performance analyses and collect engineering data for reporting and fault isolation.
  • •Support preventive and corrective maintenance on FAA and interagency systems, including basic troubleshooting and replacement of failed LRU units.
  • •Prepare FAA and interagency assets for shipment and maintain daily time entries in the Data Collection and Reporting System (DCRS) for billing.
  • •Perform tower-related inspections/maintenance, including work at heights (50’+), corrosion control, and operation of equipment such as boom man lifts and motorized forklifts.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma/GED with completion of formal technical training courses.
  • •Ability to obtain NACI clearance / Public Trust.
  • •Estimated travel of up to 70% and possible emergency call outs for corrective maintenance.
  • •A valid driver's license is required.
  • •Physical fitness evaluation with weight restrictions of 125–290 lbs. required for safety/operational requirements.
