Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transactions.
