Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate characterization and refinement of diffusion, PECVD/PVD thin film deposition, and wet etch processes for advanced DRAM applications.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Integration, Metrology, Equipment, and R&D to ensure process robustness and manufacturability.
  • •Define and execute technical roadmaps aligned with DRAM scaling requirements and yield improvement targets.
  • •Evaluate and implement advanced process technologies, including diffusion conditions optimization, novel thin film materials and deposition methods, and wet chemistry solutions.
  • •Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement, mentoring engineering talent and presenting results to executive leadership and global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of hands-on experience with diffusion processes, PECVD/PVD thin film processing, and/or wet etching procedures.
  • •Proven technical leadership in semiconductor process engineering with deep understanding of material properties and thin film growth mechanisms.
  • •Experience leading equipment platforms such as AMAT, TEL, or Lam and using process characterization techniques.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects.
