Job Summary

Coordinate third-party risk management activities within the Source to Pay organization by reviewing supplier requests, performing background checks, and ensuring supplier information is accurate across relevant systems. Track and maintain Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) progress, manage timeouts and escalations, and support onboarding and recertification workflows. Respond to internal queries through the Employee Center mailbox, document decisions and communications, and monitor third-party data against SLAs.

•Analyze and review new supplier requests, conducting background checks and verifying legitimacy and compliance.
•Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to clarify requirements, document findings, and recommend approval or rejection.
•Maintain and track IRQ processes, including overdue items, timeouts, monitoring records, and escalations with senior team members.
•Support supplier onboarding and IRQ pause/resume or cancel decisions by communicating with suppliers and internal teams and documenting outcomes.
•Support supplier recertification and manage Employee Center communications, including responding to mailbox queries and organizing documentation per SLA.
