Job Summary

Partner with the Sales team to define GenAI and data analytics solution strategy and deliver Singapore market success cases. Localize GenAI/data analytics solutions across SEA, differentiate offerings, and run qualification through demos, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops. Lead RFP/RFI hands-on POCs, convert POCs into contracts, and act as a trusted advisor with deep technology and thought leadership. Collaborate across solution, product, strategy, and R&D to influence the roadmap and drive enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the Sales team to define GenAI and data analytics solution strategy and build success cases for the Singapore market.
•Localize GenAI and data analytics solutions across the SEA region and create solution differentiators based on market needs.
•Lead qualification through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops using technical expertise and sales acumen.
•Own RFPs/RFIs and hands-on POCs end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, and convert POCs into contracts.
•Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally, provide thought leadership, present to C-suite stakeholders, and drive upsell/cross-sell and adoption of ByteDance solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Engineering or above.
•3+ years of related work experience, preferably in AI/data analytics or IT consultant solution & pre-sale roles.
•Ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills by explaining relevant past projects in technical interviews.
•Product experience in GenAI, Public Cloud, or Edge Network (CDN) (preferred).
•Basic to advanced developer skills (preferred).
