Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the EUV upgrade installation and relocation projects in Hsinchu, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, field service, and logistics to execute installations and relocations efficiently
•Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and escalation paths to achieve timely delivery
•Oversee site readiness, installation procedures, equipment handling, and commissioning activities
•Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure project success

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex equipment installations in semiconductor or photolithography environments
•Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver large-scale installation projects
•Hands-on experience with EUV systems or similar advanced lithography equipment highly preferred
•Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, service, and logistics to meet tight timelines
