Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to deliver ITSM solutions.
  • •Drive development projects through requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • •Provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • •Conduct regular code reviews and coach/mentor engineers on design and coding practices.
  • •Consult product owners with recommendations and support scrum delivery using agile principles and Jira.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
  • •In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
  • •Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow configuration (business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs) and Flow Designer
  • •Experience building integrations and APIs (REST, JSON)
  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
