Lead interdisciplinary building construction projects in Sweden, coordinating a multi-disciplinary design team for transport infrastructure. Represent the client-facing project design team, drive scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management, and lead internal design meetings. Collaborate with international colleagues, manage interfaces between disciplines, and support business development and change management in large road/rail projects.
