Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable solutions and ship features for a production-ready voice agent platform.
  • •Lead initiatives in backend and infrastructure, with opportunities for ownership and growth.
  • •Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.
  • •Provide technical support, customer success assistance, and implementation guidance directly to our customers.
