Key Responsibilities

  • •Update product pricing and availability across internal and external platforms.
  • •Maintain pricing fields such as MSRP, MAP, advertised price, dealer cost, promotional pricing, and related pricing data.
  • •Perform regular competitive price checks and analyze significant pricing differences or market changes.
  • •Review pricing for compliance with manufacturer MAP policies and internal pricing requirements; report pricing errors and margin concerns.
  • •Identify discontinued/end-of-life/unavailable items, update product statuses, and flag new products for entry into the master product catalog and customer portals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •2–3 years of pricing, data entry, product management, eCommerce, purchasing, or related experience preferred.
  • •Strong Excel skills with large spreadsheets, formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, and data comparison.
  • •Strong attention to detail to identify pricing discrepancies in large product and pricing datasets.
  • •Understanding of MSRP, MAP, dealer cost, margin, promotional pricing, and competitive pricing preferred.
