Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, understand and synthesize internal (IVV) and external client needs for IVV-oriented product and system engineering.
•Define the technical solution and the realization strategy most suitable for the subject in collaboration with stakeholders.
•Lead the execution and validate its integration within the IVV ecosystem of EW platforms.
•Contribute to the smooth operation of test platforms by providing expertise and support to IVV teams.
•Contribute to the service's technical watch on EW test solutions.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent with experience in development systems engineering.
•Proven mastery of Thales DDQS processes.
•Experience managing and delivering full V-model development cycles.
•Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization abilities.
