Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold Fitness First brand standards on the gym floor.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise: engage with members, offer motivational support, and correct exercise technique safely.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and provide unrivalled session delivery and support to clients.
  • •Complete and maintain MY ZONE/6D/RISE training and ongoing CPD, keeping fitness knowledge current.
  • •Handle training administration: record sessions and inductions on the Fitness Enterprise System, follow goal-setting/diary and contract processes, and communicate effectively with members.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) / equivalent or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete required certifications for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Maintain fitness industry knowledge and product knowledge up to date.
  • •Complete ongoing CPD (including IDEA Club Connect per quarter and one live course annually) and maintain REPs certification.
