Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering, marking, and moving vehicles with a lot tow truck or forklift.
  • •Operate a service truck to support the driver team and help with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, and adding air to tires.
  • •Scan vehicles and use electronic devices to record vehicle movement and maintain accurate lot organization.
  • •Confirm vehicle mileage, make/year, and VIN to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • •Support sale-day execution by communicating with shop and operations teams, providing customer/admin support, and maintaining a safe work area.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
  • •Safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications and ability to scan the lot using electronic devices.
  • •Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
