Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and negotiate for local parts to achieve quality, delivery, and cost goals for the SEA region.
  • •Own local supplier responsibility, including supplier performance development and negotiation activities.
  • •Execute RFQs efficiently, respond to internal customer requirements, and generate sourcing reports.
  • •Maintain sourcing master data (e.g., weight, CoO, standard delivery time) and ensure it is fully updated.
  • •Manage supplier contract preparation by reviewing commercial terms, coordinating with relevant functions, and supporting risk management activities.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
  • •Proven experience managing supplier communications, quotation evaluations, and contract administration including purchase orders.
  • •Experience supporting procurement activities across multiple countries or regions (highly preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communication and stakeholder management skills across the SEA region.
