Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the contractor’s authorized representative with full authority to act on contract and operational matters throughout the contract duration.
  • •Provide leadership and management oversight for security services, including staffing/deployment, access control, visitor credential verification, and patrol/perimeter security.
  • •Ensure contract compliance through quality control/quality assurance programs, monitoring compliance with TVA General Orders/Post Orders/operating procedures, and driving corrective actions.
  • •Oversee staffing and resource management: scheduling, coverage, recruitment/retention/onboarding, and maintaining uninterrupted operations.
  • •Serve as primary liaison with TVA leadership and the Contract Technical Supervisor (CTS), managing incident response/investigations and producing timely security reporting/documentation and executive summaries.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 78,075 - 132,766 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in contract management, security operations management, and workforce leadership/administration.
  • •Experience managing complex contracts or subcontracts and large-scale security operations across multiple simultaneous projects/workstreams.
  • •Demonstrated ability managing resource allocation and operational budgets, including workforce performance and compliance programs.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management reporting systems; ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and conduct operational reviews/investigations.
