Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare project plans and coordinate project activities from planning through implementation.
  • •Maintain process improvement matrix and coordinate project schedules and task details, including reports and tracking materials.
  • •Align internal resource progress within the business unit to meet on-time and on-budget performance objectives.
  • •Track project cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers.
  • •On occasion, interface with external suppliers and monitor/report project progress against quality and cost metrics; report progress toward project objectives.
