Key Responsibilities

  • •Assure hardware products and associated test equipment meet quality requirements within schedule and cost.
  • •Plan and implement key process controls to assure built-in quality.
  • •Perform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • •Conduct Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis to prevent product defects and mitigate risk.
  • •Lead and support root cause and corrective action activities, including layered process assessments and review/approval of manufacturing, inspection, and test procedures and plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with AS9100 Quality Management systems.
  • •Experience with AS9102 First Article requirements.
