Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor GC EHS performance and verify compliance with EHS practices, procedures, regulatory requirements, and contract deliverables.
  • •Provide the construction management team with current GC EHS data, including trending, incident management, and EHS metrics to support decisions.
  • •Facilitate safety communications (e.g., safety meetings and notices) and conduct daily walkabouts/safety tours with GC leadership and owner representatives.
  • •Coach and advise the safety committee; support risk and hazard assessments and participate in Significant Incident investigations and Significant Potential Event (SPE) processes.
  • •Oversee execution of the Boots on the Ground program; support EHS design reviews and help develop the Data Center Construction EHS Plan (DCCEHSP), including weekly/monthly EHS reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Minimum 4+ years of construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar experience.
  • •Previous data center construction experience is preferred.
  • •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; able to read and understand architectural drawings.
  • •Knowledge of MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
