  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, support backlog refinement, and promote continuous improvement.
  • •Drive stakeholder alignment by maintaining a prioritized backlog, facilitating workshops, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and delivery priorities.
  • •Mentor team members and support UAT and go-live readiness to mitigate risks and ensure value delivery.

Key Requirements
