Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Apply weather sealing and assemble racking, solar modules/panels/support structures as specified in the project plan.
  • •Ensure a clean, orderly job site and perform project clean-up, including client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective, efficient installations; provide leadership and technical support and may act as acting foreperson.

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record to pass a driving background check.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies, including identifying/reporting hazards and encouraging others to work safely.
  • •Ability to build rapport and lead, meet deadlines and key metrics, and participate in Power+ programs (cross-training may be required).
