Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate image, scan quality, and completeness of original loan file copies and maintain file storage and organization.
  • •Perform post-close review to ensure loan documents comply with collateral terms of approval and bank policies.
  • •Work with loan originators, closing specialists, third parties, and customers to resolve documentation issues and clear exceptions within time periods.
  • •Input, update, and monitor exceptions for escrow taxes and insurance, and process trailing documents through the tickler process.
  • •Review final title policies, perfect collateral (including UCC filings/releases and related documents), and support audits with Loan Review.
