Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer department governance and operational rhythms to optimize lean compliance processes across transnational teams.
  • •Coordinate high-level EASA reviews, preparing strategic presentations, executive summaries, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
  • •Drive the POA Risk Management framework by facilitating workshops to identify, assess, and mitigate industrial compliance risks.
  • •Manage subcontracting activities and operational budgets, defining contract specifications and supervising external service providers.
  • •Represent the Head of Surveillance & POA Compliance in key meetings as a strategic interface with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme, or Operations within the aerospace industry.
  • •Deep knowledge of EASA Part-21G regulations, POA standards, and risk management frameworks.
  • •Proven track record in executive stakeholder management, subcontracting, and budget management.
  • •Fluency in English (mandatory); additional European languages are appreciated.
