Job Summary

Perform inventory receiving, storage, and replenishment activities at the customer facility. Receive products at shipping/receiving points, record receipts against packing slips, maintain accurate inventory levels in Avantor storerooms and customer back-stock areas, and stock POU locations based on required quantities. Use a scanner and proprietary software to transact and verify records, conduct POU audits, and act as the point person for inventory availability communications and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive products at customer docks or shipping/receiving points, including unpacking and de-trashing when necessary.
•Record inventory receipts against packing slips and follow up on discrepancies.
•Maintain accurate inventory levels in Avantor storerooms and at customer back-stock locations.
•Transport consumables using wheeled carts, stock POU locations, and transact quantities using a scanner and proprietary software.
•Monitor and conduct regular POU audits, support customer communications and escalations on inventory availability, and assist with special onsite projects.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•1+ years of prior work experience.
•Experience in material handling and/or working in a clean-room environment.
•Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing/walking and bending/stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder height.
•Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
