Customer Experience Banker - Macon Shurling Drive

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while daily balancing. The role combines exemplary customer service with a disciplined sales and follow-up process, plus referrals to other bank areas to deepen partnerships, all in line with operational, risk, and regulatory policies.
