Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide infrastructure operations and production support for container technologies and orchestration platforms, ensuring service stability through maintenance activities.
  • •Perform OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes deployment, configuration, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
  • •Create and improve automation and self-service patterns (templates, scripts, IaC modules) to enable rapid standardized environment creation for experimentation and production workloads.
  • •Use tools across the Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, kubeadm, Sysdig, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentD) and perform security remediation via vulnerability assessment and patch management.
  • •Follow ITIL practices (incident, change, problem, release management), conduct call triaging, and perform root cause analysis and remediation while partnering with platform/engineering/delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • •Six months of Unix/Linux system administration and/or containers experience preferred.
  • •Scripting knowledge/experience (Python).
  • •Basic understanding of ITIL v4 processes such as incident, change, problem, and release management.
