Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, take vehicles to the stall area, and perform repairs as outlined with efficiency and accuracy per dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose malfunctions, determine if additional safety/service work is needed, and communicate immediately with the service advisor when plans or timing change.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts for warranty work when required.
  • •Document work performed and road-test vehicles when required (or refer to the test technician), ensuring vehicles are not used for personal errands.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians (as assigned), attend factory training, keep up with technical bulletins, maintain a clean shop area, and follow all safety policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced diagnostic/heavy-line technician with brand experience (heavy line and diagnostic experience preferred).
  • •ASE or manufacturing training and High CSI is a must.

  • •All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug test).
