Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
•Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
•Identify and manage change events, apply change management processes, and communicate risks and milestones.
•Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum of five years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
•Proficiency with construction software and platforms such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura; strong knowledge of construction safety protocols.
•Strong project leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and safety/compliance requirements.
•Experience with change management, documentation, and delivering large-scale data center or similar infrastructure projects.
