Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day construction management using PMO standards and methodologies.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
  • •Identify and manage change events, apply change management processes, and communicate risks and milestones.
  • •Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum of five years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.
  • •Proficiency with construction software and platforms such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura; strong knowledge of construction safety protocols.
  • •Strong project leadership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and safety/compliance requirements.
  • •Experience with change management, documentation, and delivering large-scale data center or similar infrastructure projects.
