Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage open purchase order reports.
  • •Partner with suppliers to obtain purchase order acknowledgements, delivery confirmations, and order status updates.
  • •Maintain accurate confirmation and delivery dates within ERP systems and support materials master data accuracy.
  • •Monitor supply and demand requirements and support inventory replenishment decisions, including handling planning exceptions (expedite/defer/reschedule).
  • •Respond to purchase order and material inquiries, escalate delivery challenges, and help resolve parked or blocked invoice discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
  • •Knowledge of sourcing practices, supply chain processes, procurement operations, contracting principles, and supplier management.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
