Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and completing complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
