Key Requirements

  • •Security+ CE or IAT Level II or higher certification (minimum Security+ CE).
  • •Experience configuring, maintaining, and integrating COTS platforms (ticketing, monitoring, identity management).
  • •Ability to write and modify scripts or code to support integrations and automation, and to troubleshoot authentication, plugins, workflows, APIs, and configuration issues.
