Key Responsibilities

•Manage all functions, staff, and daily operations within the banking center, implementing the network strategy and supporting District goals.
•Meet or exceed sales and retention goals and Superior Service Quality (SSQ) standards through detailed business planning and goal setting.
•Acquire, integrate, and optimize new and existing client relationships; cross-sell, resolve client issues, and support segmentation strategy.
•Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and bank policies and procedures, including timely audits and branch operations review requirements.
•Coach, develop, and hold the team accountable; schedule shifts, execute onboarding and training for banking center operational duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,700 - 103,000

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of banking experience with a proven track record in leadership, customer service, managerial, communication, and organization skills.
•Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and retention goals and Superior Service Quality (SSQ) standards.
•Intricate knowledge of retail banking products and services and the ability to maintain working knowledge of asset, liability, and partner products.
•H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
•Strong customer service, relationship-building, organizational, computer, technology comfort, and communication skills.
