  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and partner with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues and deficiencies.
  • •Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports, including succession planning through coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure work areas meet workplace safety standards, including yard cleanliness and completing Gemba walks.
