Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central coordination point between customers, mobile service engineers, and internal teams to ensure service work is planned and processed efficiently.
  • •Create and manage service and parts orders in SAP and process engineer service documentation to support labour, materials, and invoicing.
  • •Coordinate parts deliveries to engineers and customers and check stock availability to support parts identification and quotations.
  • •Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP) and maintain service and maintenance records for operational KPI reporting.
  • •Provide customer service and technical support via telephone and email, and support service scheduling and preventative maintenance/service agreement customers.
