•Assist with reference to platform or window for special operations through system of appointments.
•Operate the appointment system and ensure proper routing for transactions.
•Collaborate with team to meet sales and service targets.
•Support customers in migrating to digital channels and new banking tools.

•Licenciatura in Economico-Administrativa or Financiera (trunca o concluida) or Bachillerato concluido.
