Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary executor of operating models by translating frameworks into practical daily workflows.
  • •Configure, manage, and optimize core collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Sites, Data Studio, Slack, and tracking platforms) to produce clean insights.
  • •Build and maintain centralized documentation, standardized templates, and an “Ops Playbook” to accelerate onboarding and information exchange.
  • •Design, develop, and manage detailed project plans, tracking day-to-day milestones and adjusting timelines as needs shift.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and business partners to provide tactical execution support and keep delivery needs aligned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 125,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 5 years of project management experience
  • •At least 1 year of experience in process management or continuous improvement
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Prosci change management, or an Agile certification
