Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and people-manage a team of ~8 technicians, including approving hours/PTO, prioritizing and assigning work, and running regular 1:1s and feedback.
  • •Own build execution to ensure systems are complete, on schedule, and meet quality standards, including final inspection and sign-off.
  • •Upskill the team through hands-on coaching, onboarding, and building technical/process capabilities.
  • •Support mechanical and software engineering teams in assembly, testing, and support by translating engineering intent into build instructions.
  • •Develop and maintain engineering documentation (assembly instructions and SOPs), maintain workshop organization, and drive continuous-improvement initiatives while reinforcing safety culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually
