Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program delivery for the radiology reporting product line, driving roadmap initiatives with engineering, design, implementations, and clinical teams.
  • •Coordinate new client/vendor integrations at scale, including serving as escalation/coordination point for integration issues during deployment and driving resolution with engineering and customer teams.
  • •Manage integration go-lives end to end, including security reviews and BAAs/data-use agreements for new integration partners.
  • •Own release coordination for deployments, including QA, testing sign-off, and stakeholder readiness.
  • •Lead major feature rollouts and facilitate quarterly planning cycles by aligning stakeholders, tracking commitments, and communicating progress and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •6+ years as a Technical Program Manager delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch in a software or healthcare-IT environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing integration and deployment programs, including health-system or enterprise go-lives.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to translate between deeply technical engineers and non-technical clinical/IT stakeholders.
