Job Summary

Design, launch, and scale merchant financing products for cross-border payments, partnering across product, risk, data, operations, and business teams. Own the merchant financing strategy, GTM plan, and rollout roadmap across SEA markets, including targets for penetration, disbursement, and user acquisition. Build data frameworks to measure funnel performance and campaign effectiveness, collaborate with Product/Tech/Risk/Compliance to optimize credit policies, and continuously improve the merchant journey and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up merchant financing roadmap and targets, owning strategy, GTM plan, and rollout roadmap across SEA markets.
•Drive business rollout and cross-team collaboration by executing launch plans and managing operations with e-commerce, seller, and operations teams.
•Build and maintain data frameworks and analytical models to track funnel performance, market penetration, user acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
•Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, and Compliance to optimize product features, credit policies, and regulatory alignment for each market.
•Improve merchant experience and scalability by refining the merchant journey, enhancing user experience, and driving adoption via education and platform campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk, especially in SME or merchant financing.
•Solid understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modeling.
•Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
