Join the foundational recruiting team to help Hightouch scale by defining hiring needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

•Help build recruiting processes and implement programs for a foundational recruiting team.
•Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and talent trends.
•Source and prescreen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage a smooth, fluid hiring process.
•Develop closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with clear, decision-ready information.
•Identify and engage qualified candidates across channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound) and build a consistent pipeline in a competitive environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a demonstrated impact on hiring outcomes.
•Experience partnering with GTM leaders and hiring for sales and technical sales roles in a high-growth environment.
•Proven ability to identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing, referrals, and inbound channels.
•Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities while building a consistent pipeline.
•Creative, resourceful problem-solving to ensure the hiring process consistently gets done well.
